She organized what to keep and what to get rid of - and took it with her when she left - donated it to a great charity and sent me the receipt for taxes! Talked me through what I needed for some up coming events and within 10 days was back at my house with with some amazing clothes that will work for me for a long time. “I met Shannon about a year ago through a mutual friend. Having never met a personal stylist before, I was intrigued and began to pepper her with questions. It was easy to see the depth of knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm she has for her work. My workplace had recently transitioned from business attire to business casual and I was looking to find clothes that would fill that need, but also be applicable to everyday living. Shannon took the time to ask me about my current wardrobe, my current tastes, and where I wanted to fill in the blanks. The experience was fantastic! When the shopping trip was done, I had shirts and pants and funky socks (my fave!!!) and belts and shoes… the whole nine yards! The pieces were interchangeable and, most of all, THEY FIT!!! I never realized just how off the mark I had been on how I fit myself into clothes. Some of the items were more my style and some others… well, let’s just say I went on a little bit of faith and trust in Shannon. Either way, I actually left feeling excited to get dressed for work. I would highly recommend going down the faith/trust road with her because… she was right!!! Having never been noticed for my attire at work, it was those leap-of-faith items that had people noticing me and complimenting me for the first time.
